Now, we're hiring a Financial Services Sales Consultant to help us scale from 40+ to 80+ active clients, through a mix of inbound calls, outbound activity, and high-level sales conversations.
What the role involves
This is a sales-first role focused on attracting, nurturing, and converting mortgage, protection, commercial finance, and financial advisors into clients.
You'll be supported with pre-booked calls in your calendar, but also expected to take ownership of your pipeline through direct outreach via our database, social media, DMs, LinkedIn, and email.
You'll be responsible for:
Enrolling one new adviser / business owner per week into our programme
Helping us grow from 40+ to 80+ active clients
Working alongside our Client Success team to support client growth and performance
Using a structured, consultative approach to understand an adviser's goals, identify key bottlenecks, and confidently guide the right-fit clients into Systemise & Scale

What we're looking for
You might be:
A BDM for a mortgage network or national brokerage
An experienced adviser who's had enough of the constant case-chasing
A high-performing sales consultant who knows the advice industry inside-out (FS experience is non-negotiable)
You'll thrive here if you:

What you'll be doing
Convert warm, inbound leads from our marketing team
Start new conversations through DMs, LinkedIn, email, and social media
Qualify prospects and guide them through our sales process
Enrol one new adviser per week into our Systemise & Scale programmes
Maintain your CRM, follow-up sequences, and call notes
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to improve messaging and lead quality
Support the wider mission of scaling to 100+ active clients
What you'll get
Base salary + uncapped commission
