About the role....

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Financial Systems Officer to join our finance systems team. Reporting to a Finance Systems Business Partner, you will undertake a wide range of duties that assist in the maintenance of the financial system and the integrated financial ledger. You will be required to provide financial advice and relevant, accurate and timely information to Council services, and ensure assets and resources are accounted for properly.





The Financial Management Service within the Resources and Digital group operates at the core of the Council's financial operations. The Service is focused on the optimisation and safeguarding of financial and other resources in a dynamic and challenging environment.



It is essential that you should be a qualified Accounting Technician or hold an equivalent qualification and have experience of working with Agresso in a system maintenance environment.
