, a unique school-based mental health intervention that helps children overcome emotional barriers to learning. We also train the next generation of Educational Psychotherapists through accredited programmes.
We are seeking a
Fundraising Trustee
with a passion for
children's mental health and inclusive education
, who can help us grow our funding base and raise awareness of our work with
donors, local authorities, and grant-making bodies
.
We are especially keen to hear from those with a diverse background or lived experience of mental health to ensure our board truly represents the young people we serve
Your Impact
As a trustee, you will help shape the future of our charity by:
Developing and supporting fundraising strategies
that highlight the impact of our therapy and education programmes.
Building relationships
with individual donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
Engaging with local authorities and public sector bodies
to unlock funding and collaborative opportunities.
Advocating for our work
in education and mental health spaces, helping us reach new audiences and funding streams.
Contributing to campaigns and events
that raise awareness and generate income.
Helping us communicate our impact
through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
What You'll Bring
Experience in
fundraising, business development, or stakeholder engagement
, ideally in education, mental health, or the charity sector.
A strong network or understanding of
local authority structures, grant funding bodies, or donor communities
.
Strategic thinking and the ability to
translate vision into action
.
Passion for
mental health, wellbeing, and inclusive education
.
Willingness to be an ambassador for Caspari and
open doors to new opportunities
.
Commitment
Attend
three - six board meetings per year
(usually via Zoom).
Participate in
ad hoc meetings or fundraising events
as needed 4 hours per month minimum
Serve a
renewable three-year term
.
Share your expertise and help guide the charity's direction and sustainability.
