Job title: Fine Art Interior Design Project Coordinator
Location: London
Our client, a specialist Fine Art & Antiques Shipping Company, is currently seeking a Fine Art Interior Design Project Coordinator to join their growing team in London.
As the Fine Art Interior Design Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting high-profile interior design and fine art projects from planning through to delivery and installation.
This position requires someone who understands the nuances of working with fine art and luxury interiors, is confident liaising directly with clients, and can coordinate seamlessly between departments to ensure every project runs smoothly.
You will act as a bridge between clients, project managers, warehouse teams, and transport staff -- ensuring that artworks, antiques, and design items are handled and delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism.
Duties of a Fine Art Interior Design Project Coordinator:

• Act as the main contact for interior designers and private clients.
• Coordinate fine art and design shipments, deliveries, and installations.
• Prepare and update project documentation, quotes, and schedules.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to meet project timelines.
• Support the Head of Department with project planning and problem-solving.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and client correspondence.
• Attend site visits and installations when required.

The successful candidate will have experience in fine art logistics, shipping, or installation, ideally supporting interior design projects.
Experience of a Fine Art Interior Design Project Coordinator:

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.
