Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our clients enjoy exceptional culinary experiences. The position is based in near Moorgate, London GB.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Fine dining experience Assist in food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas. Support the team during catering events and functions. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Follow food safety regulations and procedures. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere that reflects our company values.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or catering roles. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of food safety standards. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and busy periods. Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory. Passion for food and hospitality.
