across Cheshire and the North West. We are looking for an experienced
self-employed Finishing Foreman
to support the delivery of our projects at the critical final stages.
This role offers
continuity of work
for the right person, working across a pipeline of exciting, design-focused developments.
The Role
Manage the
finishing stages
of high-end residential projects
Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activity
Drive quality, detail, and programme to a high standard
Carry out snagging, sequencing, and close-out works
Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with drawings and specification
Liaise with the project team to resolve issues quickly and professionally
About You
Proven experience as a
Finishing Foreman
on high-spec residential builds
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality finishes
Confident managing multiple trades on site
Organised, proactive, and solution-focused
Self-employed (CIS) with own transport and basic site management tools
