Duties
Fabricate and assemble bespoke wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings according to project specifications
Install joinery components such as doors, windows, cabinets
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Skills
Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and carpentry with a strong understanding of joinery techniques
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for joinery and general construction work
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing tasks
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different construction environments
Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to follow instructions accurately while working independently when required
