Finishing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to take the reins on the final stages of 40 plots on a busy residential development near Eastbourne. You'll be making sure every home is delivered to the highest possible standards - ready for happy new home owners to move straight in!

If you take pride in quality, enjoy solving problems on the spot, and like seeing a site through those all important final stages, this role will suit you perfectly!

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing day to day finishing works across 40 plots - keeping things moving and the standards high Managing and coordinating trades to make sure snagging lists are cleared quickly and efficiently Carrying out inspections, managing snagging and de-snagging through to handover Working closely with the Site Managers, Project Manager, Customer Care team and Subcontractors to hit completion targets Keeping an eye on quality, H&S and presentation at all times

What we're looking for:

A proven track record in residential finishing, either as a Finishing Manager or a Site Manager with strong finishing experience Someone who knows NHBC standards and understands what "ready to handover" really means Great communication and organisation skills CSCS card, SMSTS and 1st Aid

Day Rate - 240 - 270 This contract will be running until the new year with potential for extension
