Finishing Operative (2 Shift Pattern)

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Metal Finishers, required for work in Exeter for an ongoing role. This is a factory-based manufacturing role.

This role will involve processing Aerospace Turbine Airfoil components using sand blasters, various deburring and polishing hand tools, and measurement equipment.
The role would really suit someone with good practical skills, basic engineering or graduates in vehicle mechanics NVQ level 2 and 2 background.
Other backgrounds will also be considered, as full training provided.
The role includes:
- A very competitive hourly rate, plus shift allowance
- Working Monday to Friday on a 2-week or 3-week shift pattern
- One week 6am - 2pm and the next 2pm - 10pm
- Ongoing role
- Overtime available once trained at \xc2\xa316.62 per hour Monday to Saturday and \xc2\xa324.94 on Sunday
