Full-Time Position
We are seeking a
highly organized Fire Alarm Service Coordinator
with at leastthree years of experience in the fire industry
to join our Salisbury office, operating under the Midlands division.Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls and providing
technical support
to engineers on site, reducing unnecessary disruptions. Scheduling and planning works for our team ofeight engineers
, ensuring efficiency. Receiving deliveries and ensuring correct allocation of materials to pre-booked jobs. Managing job assignments and ensuring smooth workflow.Requirements:
? Minimum
three years
of experience in the fire industry, withprevious engineering experience
preferred.? Strong
organizational skills
--attention to detail is key.? Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication with engineers and clients.
? Advanced
knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting products & services
to assist withon-site technical issues
.? Experience in scheduling, logistics, or service coordination within the industry.
