Fire Alarm Service Manager - North London
Lead fire alarm services across the UK.
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Fire Alarm Service Manager to lead national maintenance and remedial works across the UK. You'll be the go-to person for keeping teams on track, clients happy, and everything ticking in line with BS 5839-1:2025.

What you'll be doing:
Leading a UK-wide fire alarm maintenance and remedial service Managing service desk leads and field engineers Making sure work meets BS 5839-1:2025 standards Scoping and delivering remedial projects Reviewing performance and improving processes Acting as the escalation point for client concerns Driving recruitment, onboarding, and service quality Monitoring KPIs to sharpen operational delivery
What you'll need:
Fire alarm service management experience (or similar) Strong knowledge of fire detection systems Deep understanding of BS 5839-1:2025 compliance Confident in managing both engineers and desk staff Good with data, reporting, and client communication Comfortable using service management tools
