SecureTech Systems NE LTD are a Fire, Security and Electrical contractors based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We specialise in Installation, maintenance and commission of Fire alarm's ( BAFE accredited ) Emergency lighting, Access control, Door entry, Intruder alarms, CCTV and all aspects of electrical work.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail.

We're looking for a proactive, trustworthy individual who has the ability to use their initiative and a willingness to learn. This role will be responsible for carrying out weekly fire alarm and monthly emergency light tests which won't require a detailed knowledge or understanding of the sector. Training will be provided as part of the job. We will also put the the chosen candidate through a BS5839-1, level 3 qualification so that they become a qualified fire alarm technician.

Preference will be given to any candidate who has an active interest in fire alarm systems and have a basic understanding in electrics. You will have a full clean driving licence as the role will require you to travel throughout the North East Region on a daily basis.

Please be aware before applying that this position will involve a lot of driving between sites around all of the North east on a daily basis.

Essential requirements for the role are as follows:

Polite and able to interact well with clients

Have a full clean UK driving licence

Honest, Reliable, Punctual and a team player

Have the ability to fill in and return paperwork correctly.

Take good ownership and care of company property e.g. company van and equipment.
