Fire and Security Sales Executive



Armour Security (London) Ltd are a Fire and Security maintenance and installation company focusing on Residential clients in London and the Home Counties .

Armour Security (London ) Ltd are located in Edmonton , North London and are part of the New Path Fire And Security Group of Companies www.newpathfire.co.uk.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Job responsibilities



Manage and develop a sales territory, maintaining and growing existing accounts as required whilst actively seeking new customers for maintenance and products, offered by Armour Security (London) Ltd.(Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Audio & Video Door Entry, Fire Alarm systems)

Find new opportunities in dedicated postcode area via cold calling, marketing and networking.

Provide advice and information to customers relating to Fire and Security, look to cross sell all services offered maximising every opportunity.

Liaise with all other Company staff and departments to develop good customer relationship and promote all products and services.

Assist in the development of sales and marketing ideas / techniques to assist business growth.

Attend business functions to promote the Company.

Meet all financial and other targets as agreed with the Company.

Provide reports and forecasts as required.

Research & network new customer opportunities with single site and multiple site operations across London and the Home Counties.

Cultivate relationships with relevant influencers within each client/prospect

Supervise the smooth transition of client's business to the company, ensure contract/sale is set up for administration and operations.

Managing and developing accounts, with the objective of developing long- term relationships and recurring revenue streams.

Conduct account reviews with the main influencers within each client, reporting the results back to the General Manager and Managing Director.

Create and maintain up to date and accurate account information and records file for each account.

To cultivate and maintain, through regular interaction, good working relations with both external clients and internal colleagues such as administration, operational personnel, etc.

To provide all relevant internal colleagues with sufficient and up to date information to ensure that each account runs smoothly and efficiently, thus reducing potential administrative burdens of the role.

To represent the company in the most positive way at all times, by your conduct, attitude, personal presentation & integrity

Look to cross sell New Path portfolio of services within the group

Good communications with customers before and after a sale

Delivering presentations to persuade customers to buy new products or services

Resolving customer complaints and concerns

Updating the company sales system, with opportunities, communication with client, quotations and PO received

Maintaining a complete understanding of the company products and services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers

Attending any training courses to ensure knowledge of products and systems is as up to date as possible

Ensure customers' needs are being met and understood at all times

Ensure outlook diary is updated daily - with meeting details - client, reason for meeting and time frame - this includes tele-marketing or prospecting from office and home.

Person Specification



Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication

Good communicator at all levels (Clients, Engineers, Manager & Director)

Ability to listen and understand what the customer needs

Enjoy a fast moving environment

Must have 3 years relevant experience ,valid driving license and reside within M25 or surrounding area

Exceptional attention to detail

Organised, detail orientated with the ability to multi task, prioritize and respond quickly

Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

Must be familiar with current legislation to include

:

NSI Regulations , EN50131, PD6662, DD243

Annual Salary and Potential Salary



22.5 Hours per week Pro Rata



Based on 22.5 hours per week (pro rata)

Basic salary: 27,000 (FTE: 45,000) Potential bonus: 9,000 (FTE: 15,000)
Total potential salary: 36,000 (FTE: 55,000)
*Bonus based on achieving personal target monthly 25,000 and 5% commission of all sales received on invoice total value.
