The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll work across Bristol and the South West, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems.
From fire detection and alarm systems to CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control, you'll play a key role in keeping clients' systems safe, reliable, and compliant.
No two days are the same one day you might be fault-finding on a Gent fire system, the next maintaining a Hikvision CCTV network or a Paxton access control system.
Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring systems are fully operational.
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear reporting and professional advice.
Work safely and in full compliance with British Standards and company policies.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience working on fire and/or security systems.
Strong technical and fault-finding skills.
Working knowledge of systems such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, C-Tec, Paxton, Hikvision, Orisec, and Texecom.
A proactive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
