The Role
As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll work across Bristol and the South West, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems.
From fire detection and alarm systems to CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control, you'll play a key role in keeping clients' systems safe, reliable, and compliant.
No two days are the same one day you might be fault-finding on a Gent fire system, the next maintaining a Hikvision CCTV network or a Paxton access control system.
Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring systems are fully operational.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear reporting and professional advice.
• Work safely and in full compliance with British Standards and company policies.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience working on fire and/or security systems.
• Strong technical and fault-finding skills.
• Working knowledge of systems such as Gent, Advanced, Kentec, C-Tec, Paxton, Hikvision, Orisec, and Texecom.
• A proactive attitude and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
