Key Responsibilities
Assemble

Fit
locks, hinges, glazing and hardware
to specification
Follow assembly drawings, quality checks and build instructions
Work closely with Quality to ensure compliance and finish standards
Maintain throughput while upholding workmanship and accuracy
Record production data and support continuous improvement
Keep workstations safe, organised and audit-ready
Essential Experience
Experience in
bench joinery, assembly or wood manufacturing
Skilled with hand tools, jigs, fixings and workshop equipment
Confident reading build specs, drawings or job sheets
Strong focus on finish, fitting and build consistency
Comfortable with quality checks and recording performance data
