Job Description

What you'll need to succeed



A practical mindset and a keen eye for detail - you enjoy problem solving and working with your hands. Confidence working alone in the field and making informed decisions under pressure. Physical fitness to handle lifting, digging, and valve operations in all weathers. Strong organisational and communication skills to keep clear records and explain your work. A full, valid UK driving licence and good map-reading or GPS navigation skills.


Your Experience & Qualifications

Essential:




5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) including Maths and English, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with practical tasks such as repairs, using tools, or maintenance work. Strong IT skills for using reporting systems and data input. Previous experience working alone and as part of a wider team.

Desirable:




National Roads and Street Works Act certification (we'll train you if needed!). Experience in fire safety equipment, water infrastructure, or other technical/vocational environments.
