To join the Cromwell Fire family as one of our fire risk assessors, the role involves conducting fire risk assessments and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Some remote work is permitted.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years continuous experience of fire risk assessment inspections and report writing.
Experience of undertaking and a good understanding of Type 1 & 3 fire risk assessments.
Broad range of property experience such as HMO's, educational, supported living, leisure, commercial and industrial.
Membership with a professional body within the industry
Minimum of Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment.
Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
Full UK (Clean) Driving Licence and DBS Check.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
Understanding and experience of working with relevant fire safety legislation, standards and guidance
Company car, laptop and mobile phone provided.
