Description



Fire and Security engineer who will be learning alongside experienced engineers to help them grow and succeed in the security sector. They will be learning on the job and will be supported from the beginning. The apprentices will work across both Security and Fire and as a result will grow to become a multi disciplined engineer.

They specialise in the design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems, including CCTV, intruder and fire alarms, and access control. Notably, they operate their own in-house remote monitoring station, offering clients immediate response capabilities. your duties will include the maintenance and installation of:



CCTV Intruder Alarms Integrated Security Systems Fire Alarms Inhouse Security Systems Intercom & Access Control Barriers & Gates Security Fog Systems Keyholding Services

Your working hours will be 8am to 5pm



Entry requirements

GCSE's required Previous experience not required Driving licence required Work ethic & interest in sector From the Bristol area BS16 7FM

Training to be provided



Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release.



You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.



You will be required to complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.



The employer will mentor and coach you on the job.



Things to consider



The apprenticeship is 36 months and therefore, full commitment is needed.



You will be required to travel to the Watford training centre
