Duties & Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain fire, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems at client sites. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption for clients. Ensure all work complies with NSI & BAFE standards and industry regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as a professional representative of our company at all times. Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support as required. Complete accurate documentation and reports for all installations and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in the fire and security industry (post-apprenticeship). Strong knowledge of NSI & BAFE standards and relevant regulations. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. Full UK driving licence. GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to participate in the callout rota.
