As part of the team, you'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining a wide variety of Fire & Security systems, ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of safety and service.

What you will be doing



Install, commission, service and maintain fire and security systems Attend emergency callouts and complete routine/reactive maintenance Review job specs and drawings to plan efficient project delivery Identify and report potential upgrade or sales opportunities Complete accurate electronic job sheets, timesheets, and reports Maintain clear communication with the Helpdesk and supervisors Support colleagues with technical advice and site assistance Represent the company professionally and maintain issued equipment

Who we are looking for



2-5+ years' experience in the fire & security industry Skilled in fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Knowledge of relevant BS & EN standards Experience with systems such as Galaxy, Texecom, Paxton, Morley, etc. Confident communicator with good IT skills (MS Office + software tools) Organised, self-motivated, and customer-focused Full UK driving licence
