Field Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our organisation effectively in the field. Responsibilities



Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups. Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through targeted outreach. Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals to meet organisational targets. Drive to various client sites using company vehicle, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organisational tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements



Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good IT skills, including proficiency with CRM systems Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client visits. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Strong organisational skills to plan daily routes efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
