Due to considerable growth in the UK market Concept Fire Sprinklers has a rewarding performance focused career opportunity for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Engineer with our engineering team.

The role is a full-time role predominately field based work supported from our Cardiff office with a mix of sprinkler servicing and installation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Fire Sprinkler Engineer with a high level of expertise in mechanical fire sprinkler systems, sprinkler servicing, pump servicing and a good knowledge of the associated technical standards. The role will be predominately servicing focused but will involve assisting installation team as required and project managing small works.

The main elements of the works will include the servicing and maintenance of sprinkler systems and sprinkler pumps in accordance with our accreditations and technical standards.

Key Aspects of the role

Servicing/Installation of residential sprinkler systems

Liaison with customers/residents and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Carrying out small works where required to ensure the satisfaction of the client.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and enforcing policies & procedures in this respect.

Assisting with on-site material orders and deliveries.

Key Requirements

Good knowledge of sprinkler & water mist systems for use in residential/commercial applications.

Good working knowledge of the requirements of BS9251:2014/2021 & BSEN 14972-17:2025

CSCS Card and relevant qualifications
