Firm-Wide Legal PA
A hands-on and rewarding opportunity for a Firm-Wide Legal PA to join one of our prestigious US law firm clients on a full-time, permanent basis.
We're looking for someone who promotes team spirit and enjoys working collaboratively - this role offers exposure to a wide variety of tasks across the London office, providing the chance to work closely with both legal and business services teams.

• Salary to 50,000
• 09:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
• Hybrid working - 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH

Key Responsibilities of the Firm-Wide Legal PA:

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with secretarial team, business support professionals and clients.
• Create, amend, and format documents.
• Help coordinate and facilitate meeting requests (including transportation and catering requests).
• Aid with travel arrangements and prepares itinerary.
• Assist with entering and updating contacts, business development entries and reports within InterAction.
• When required, help input timesheets onto Intapp and assist with editing and transferring time entries in 3E.
• Completion and submission of expense forms using correct client or office charge code (travel expenses and other expenses).

Skills & Requirements of the Firm-Wide Legal PA:

• Proficiency with the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) applications.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Well organised and demonstrates the ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
• Dependable and team orientated.
