FIRST AID CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR | 13.18 per hour





We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our on-site First Aid and Occupational Health Centre, helping to care for both our guests and a 1,500 strong workforce.



You will provide all aspects of administrative support to the First Aid and Occupational Health Centre team. You will be required to coordinate all admin for the department across a diverse range of areas, including organising clinics, meetings and welcoming guests and colleagues who visit our venue. Planning and administrative support relating to our ongoing Occupational Health surveillance programmes will be key.



You will ensure all required documentation is completed appropriately, logged on relevant systems and stored in compliance with GDPR regulations



You will also be required to provide First Aid assistance as required, including in the absence of a Nurse or Technician.

HOURS OF WORK





You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm.



As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

Essential requirements:




Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and make decisions in a calm and considered manner A good level of computer literacy including excel and SharePoint Previous experience working in an administrative role First aid qualification or prepared to undertake training The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team

Desirable requirements:




Full UK Driving licence
