We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable First Aid Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive first aid training courses to various audiences, ensuring that participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching others about the importance of first aid.

Duties

Conduct engaging and informative first aid training sessions for diverse groups, including individuals and organisations. Develop course materials and training aids to enhance learning experiences. Assess participants' understanding and proficiency in first aid techniques through practical demonstrations and evaluations. Provide guidance on behaviour management during training sessions to ensure a positive learning environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid practices, regulations, and guidelines to deliver accurate information. Utilise IT tools to manage training schedules, participant records, and feedback effectively. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages questions and discussions among participants.

Skills

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide participants throughout the training process. Proficient in behaviour management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. Excellent presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively. Proven teaching abilities with a focus on practical application of first aid knowledge. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. In-depth knowledge of first aid principles and practices. Competence in IT applications for managing course logistics and participant data. Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple training sessions efficiently.
