Avonbourne Boys' achieved an OUTSTANDING OFSTED rating in our inspection in November 2023 and Avonbourne Girls' was graded OUTSTANDING in all categories in our October 2024 inspection!
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Academies to work alongside our current First Aiders.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic First Aider to administer appropriate first aid to students, staff, contractors and visitors to the Academies who are injured or unwell.
About you
You will be highly motivated with good communication skills as you will be a crucial point of contact between home and the Academies. You must also be well organised as you will be required to maintain detailed accurate records and make sure that all First Aiders are kept up to date with current practice and training.
Ideally you will have already worked in a school or college setting in a similar role and you will already hold a valid First Aid at Work certificate, if not training will be provided.
Flexibility around working hours is also required.
