Pay Rate: 34,500 per year

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patters: Any 5 in 7 (includes weekend working). Fixed PM shift: 15:00-23:00 (3pm-11pm).

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and develop the team - you'll have a team of 20 reporting into you working across various tasks in the warehouse from picking, tipping, loading, decanting and more.
• Meet and exceed - you'll make sure the operation is meeting service levels and KPI's and want to work to improve them.
• Encompass a curious and positive attitude - get involved with automation projects on site, you'll want to do your best everyday.
• Give people and team leadership - from 1-2-1's, managing holiday/absence, and performance reviews.
