What You'll Do:
As a First Line Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting incidents to proactively monitoring infrastructure, you'll ensure that our clients' IT systems are running seamlessly. Working with an enthusiastic and supportive team, you'll be part of the driving force behind our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of daily service desk activities, ensuring a timely response to incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with our expert team to resolve issues for our managed services clients.
Log all incidents, requests, and problems through our service desk system, keeping everything running smoothly.
Identify and escalate more complex issues to our experienced Level 2 support team using ITIL best practices.
Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining our high standards of service.
Take a proactive approach to service delivery by monitoring systems and identifying potential improvements.
Contribute to our ever-growing knowledge base by sharing insights and solutions.
Get involved in refining and improving our internal processes--your ideas will always be heard!
