About the Role

We are seeking a proactive First Line Technical Engineer to join our high performance support function. This role is the front line of our service operation and is responsible for delivering a consistent, high quality experience to clients and field engineers. You will manage incoming tickets, triage technical issues with confidence and keep service performance moving at pace.





Key Responsibilities

Log and manage incoming support calls from clients and engineers with accuracy and speed

Monitor shared mailboxes and service portals, ensuring all requests are captured and actioned Triage technical issues from the field and allocate tasks to the correct teams for resolution
Provide first line troubleshooting for common hardware, software and connectivity issues Track ticket progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Escalate priority incidents in line with SLAs and operational guidelines Update client records and documentation to maintain data integrity
Support field engineers by coordinating information, job updates and system access requests Contribute to knowledge base articles to strengthen operational efficiency
Assist with basic remote diagnostics, password resets and configuration checks Maintain strong attention to detail across all reporting and workflow activities
Uphold all company standards for service quality, data protection and compliance
