Overview

Our First Responders are often the first individuals on the scene, responsible for assessing the situation, providing aid, and ensuring that individuals receive the necessary medical attention. This position requires a compassionate individual with a strong background prehospital care

The clients that we work with include NHS, Motocross Clubs, Christmas markets, Equestrian clubs, ultra marathon events, music festivals, and much more.

Responsibilities

Assess emergency situations and provide immediate first aid to individuals in need. Administer necessary medical interventions while awaiting further medical assistance. Maintain clear communication with emergency services regarding the situation and any actions taken. Document all actions taken during an emergency response for future reference and reporting. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on best practices in first aid and emergency response protocols. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to the role.

Skills

Strong knowledge of first aid techniques and emergency response protocols. Experience or training in prehospital care is essential Ability to provide compassionate care while managing high-stress situations effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Experience:

First Responder: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
