Job Description
Join our growing Liverpool City Centre law firm, specialising in civil litigation. We're expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our Housing Disrepair First Response Team.
Role Overview:
As a First Response Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients. You'll make outbound calls, assist with paperwork, and gather initial information to assess potential housing disrepair claims. You'll also handle inbound enquiries and direct main line calls.

Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Empathetic and professional approach Previous customer service or legal experience is a bonus

The ideal candidate will be IT literate and Proclaim experience is highly desirable. Experience of working in a law firm is desirable but not essential. There is plenty of scope for progression within this growing law firm.
