Fish Fryer
Job Description
We're looking for someone to join our team, at Catch Cymru Carmarthen!
Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Operate fryers and ensure they are set to the appropriate temperature
- Prepare and cook food items in the fryer according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor cooking times and adjust temperatures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the fryer area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
