Bluebell Lakes Carp fishery are seeking a Fishery Customer Service Assistant to primarily work in our on site tackle shop to service customers and drive our successful fishery forward into 2025 and beyond. We are seeking a professional and hard working individual who can quickly learn the industry and products. The ideal person will have a good understanding of fishing and have experience in customer service, retail and sales environments.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints
-Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
-Stock shelves and merchandise products

-Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

-Support the fishery and facilities to uphold high cleanliness standards
-To have held a Customer Service position

Requirement and Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to emphasise fishery rules and expectations in polite manner
- An understanding of the basics of fishing would be beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills both face to face and over the phone

- Ability to travel locally and nationally with a full driving liscence

- Ability to remain fully flexible over a 7 day period from 7am until 8pm and be available to work evenings and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
