Fishmonger / Fish Filleter (Nightshift)

Campbells Prime Meat Ltd - Linlithgow

Campbells Prime Meat Ltd is Scotland's leading meat, fish and delicatessen supplier to hotels and restaurants.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Fishmonger to join our nightshift team. Duties to include high volume preparation in a variety of different fish to service the catering trade. Excellent knife skills and significant previous experience in fish preparation is required.

4 nights per week

34 hours per week

on a rotation each week

8pm to 5am

50 per week shift allowance

The rate of pay is negotiable, depending on experience

. Wages are paid on a weekly basis. Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate.

28,000 to 32,000 p.a

Please note that own transport is required, due to our location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
