FIT Sales and Operations Executive, Japanese Speaker: This well established specialist Tour Operator are seeking candidates who will be dealing with FIT booking and operation enquires within their B2B team. This role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis following probation with a salary of up to 28,000 increase to 29K after 3 months, plus annual bonus.
FIT Sales and Operation Executive, Japanese Speaker - responsibilities:
- B2B sales handing FIT reservations and bookings from the Asian market speaking Japanese.
- Calculation and preparation of packages / tailormade itineraries / ad-hoc products
- Emailing offers over to client and provide suggestions to their bookings
- Issuing rail tickets and travel documentations
- Administration support to the head of department
- Previous experience within the travel industry ideally in a similar role
- Fluent Japanese and English - Written and Spoken
- Good IT and MS office knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Salary up to 28,000 increase to 29K after 3 months plus annual bonus
- 500 annual benefit allowance towards commute costs or gym membership (pro-rata)
- Hybrid with office in City of London 3 days in the office 2 days from home following probation
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00
