As a

Fitness Advisor

with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Assist in managing and developing facilities and activities, ensuring classes are met with customer requirements Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and legislation Maintain equipment, services, and weekly cleaning schedules Provide high-quality service consistently Oversee gym, equipment, and Wellness floor operations Screen, induct, and assess members; develop and review fitness programmes Lead daily classes; ensure they meet customer needs and assist with timetable reviews Organise outside activities like walking clubs and energisers Support wellness activities with Fitness and Wellbeing Managers Promote all club activities Work within budgets; support income and sales targets

What you'll bring:

1+ year in fitness industry; strong customer service skills Level 3 personal trainer REPs Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification Service-oriented with innovative mindset Knowledge of fitness industry trends Self-motivated, able to work under pressure Effective communicator, ability to communicate with wide range if customers and multi- service teams Experience with diverse exercise classes and sports organisation, Group cycle, Yoga or Pilates would be an advantage
