Stapleford Community Pavilion - Fitness Advisor x2 part time posts 13.07 per hour

Post 1 Ref - H825 - 8 hours per week

Week 1 - Wed 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm

Week 2 - Sat 10am-2pm, Sun 9am-1pm

Post 2 Ref - H826 - 10 hours per week

Week 1 - Tues 4pm-8pm, Sat 10am-2pm, Sun 9am-1pm

Week 2 - Wed 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm

We are a community-focused health hub equipped with the latest Egym smart workout technology.

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and supportive fitness advisors to join our team. You will play an important role in helping members get the most out of our Egym equipment and wider fitness facilities.

Requirements: Level 2 Fitness Instructor (level 3 desirable), great customer service, and a passion for helping people get active. Egym training provided

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the leisure industry. Responsibilities include providing advice and instruction to customers in the gym, identifying their aspirations, becoming their 'lifestyle coach' and helping them meet their goals. You will be involved in fitness activities, gym promotions, exercise programmes, supervision of customers, gym activations, as well as membership promotion, sales and retention schemes and the customer journey with L Leisure.

It is essential that you have a genuine desire to work in the leisure industry and have a passion for providing a quality service. It is essential that applicants are in possession of a Level 2 Gym Instructors qualification or its equivalent.
