As our new Fitness & Wellbeing Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional leisure experiences at Exmouth Leisure Centre - a vibrant facility featuring a 25-metre pool, state-of-the-art gym, and climbing wall.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Gym and Wellness Hub, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging fitness services. Manage the fitness studio and class programme, supporting health initiatives and outreach projects. Provide leadership and coaching to the fitness team, supporting recruitment, training, and performance. Oversee health referral schemes and contribute to business development and marketing efforts. Deputise for the Leisure Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in leisure management or a related role. Level 3 Fitness Qualification (Personal Trainer and/or Exercise Referral). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. First Aid at Work Certificate (or willingness to obtain). A proactive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Desirable Extras:

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Experience with leisure management systems and marketing strategies.
