Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Class Instructor to join our team. You will lead engaging, high-energy classes that inspire and motivate members of all fitness levels. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowledge will help members reach their goals while nurturing a supportive and friendly community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

We are looking for multiple instructors who can teach classes, the classes we are looking for are, Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Zumba, Pump, Circuit or Spin, etc. Design and deliver safe, engaging, effective fitness classes tailored to diverse client needs. Motivate, inspire, and educate members to achieve their fitness goals. Provide personalised training sessions to help clients reach their health objectives. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Support gym staff in promoting classes and engaging with members. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications.

Requirements

Relevant fitness qualification (e.g., CIMSPA Level 3 or equivalent) or a specific class instructor qualification Valid Public Liability Insurance. Experience leading group fitness classes or personal training. Energetic, approachable, and passionate about health and fitness. Ability to motivate and encourage members of all fitness levels.
