10 weeks per course, 4-6 courses per year

Job Summary:

Smart Gym is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team as a Programme Coordinator. This is a practical-based tutoring role that will require you to coordidate and deliver CIMPSA-recognised Level 2 Gym and 3 Personal Training courses in a gym-based environment.

Context of the Role:

As Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our learning model by delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to our students. With our innovative approach and established systems, we are looking for someone who can bring their creative flair and attention to detail to enhance the overall value and students' experience of our courses. Previous experience in teaching would be an ideal trait for this role but is not mandatory. Programme Coordinators should possess a high degree of camera confidence and be eager to take on a prominent role in fronting marketing campaigns that target prospective students.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Level 3 PT Diplomas following the established curriculum Provide quality assurance during student participation in courses Build relationships and foster a positive learning environment for students Embody the traits of being inspired, empathetic, grateful, and accountable Continuously strive for personal growth and improvement Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders
Person Specification:

Essential:

Holds a CIMPSA-recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage and deliver high-quality instruction Computer literacy and technology savvy Good administrative skills Passionate about personal development and willingness to contribute to business growth

Desirable:

Previous teaching experience Warm, relatable, and infectious personality type Camera comfortable
