Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team in Watford Central. Based in our vibrant community centers in GB, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their fitness goals while fostering a fun and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging fitness classes and personal training sessions tailored to diverse client needs. Motivate and inspire members to participate actively in their fitness journey. Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during all activities. Develop personalized workout plans based on individual assessments. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the facility. Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere that encourages community participation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role. Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, and safety protocols. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Relevant certifications such as REPs or CIMSPA membership preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Basic first aid certification is advantageous.
