We are currently recruiting for experienced Fitness Instructors to join our existing team on a casual contract basis.


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who not only have a passion for health and fitness, but also a passion for helping others achieve their goals. The successful candidates will have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills and be committed team players.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Interact, inspire and motivate members Instruct group classes on the gym floor and in the Fitness Yard (which will be paid at a higher hourly rate) Speak with members about their goals and aims Build programme's for members using a multipurpose app Devise fun and engaging challenges for members Assist in member focused events and other activities within the club Ensure the day-to-day cleanliness and maintenance of the Fitness Suite and equipment.

Hours of work will be on a casual basis depending on the needs of the business i.e., to cover staff absences. Shift times are as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays

6.15am to 12.15pm 12pm to 8.30pm 4.30pm to 10.30pm

Fridays

6.15am to 2.45pm 12pm to 8.30pm

Saturdays and Sundays

6.45am to 12.45pm 12.30pm to 6.30pm

ESSENTIAL:

Minimum Level 2 Fitness qualification Relevant practical experience in both gym floor and group fitness classes such as Bootcamp, Boxercise etc.

DESIRABLE:

Level 3 Personal Training qualification CPD qualification/s in any of the following: Kettlebells, Boxing, Functional Fitness, Circuit Training, Strength, Adaptations for Juniors and Seniors

Suitable candidates may be asked to participate in a telephone interview and if successful at this stage will be invited to a formal interview.
