The Fitness Manager will work within the management team to operate the fitness product within a prestigious corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring members receive a world class fitness product including customer service and member journey while developing innovative ideas to engage with members, and ensuring the facilities are at the necessary expectations.

About the role
Lead all aspects of operating the fitness and studio programme, including line management of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers and ensuring that customer service levels exceed expectations.
Conduct Personal Training Sessions, establishing an individualised plan for your client(s).
Form an integral part of the 'Member Journey' and strive to continually review and improve where possible.
Ensure PT revenue meets set targets, as well as designing fitness programmes and conducting health assessments.
Recruitment and development of the onsite team through one to ones and goal setting sessions.
Continuously drive on-going improvements and innovation across the department through member engagement and feedback.
Look for innovative ideas to enhance the member experience.
Ensure that classes are taught at the expected standard and are well attended.
About you:
Education and Qualifications
Level 2 and 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Training qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 years working in the gym industry
Skills
Strong communication skills
First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to engage, influence and coach others to achieve buy in and engagement, to support delivery of the fitness products.
A flexible approach with an eye for detail.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
