Fitness Manager

to lead our gym and personal training team to new heights.

What You'll Do

Lead, motivate and develop a passionate gym team Drive a premium Personal Training experience for all members Support members in setting and achieving their health and fitness goals Ensure exceptional gym standards, safety and service at all times Manage team performance, appraisals and professional development Work with management to grow PT revenue and improve member retention Deliver your own PT sessions and lead by example on the gym floor Take on

Duty Manager shifts

(early mornings, evenings & weekends), overseeing the smooth running of the club, ensuring exceptional standards, and resolving any operational or member issues as they arise Work collaboratively with the General Manager and other department heads to maintain club excellence

About You

REPs Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent qualification (Level 3 desirable) Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Manager Strong leadership, communication and people skills Motivational, professional and proactive approach Passionate about health, fitness and community CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
