Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Fitness Motivator / Duty Manager to join our team at The Bewbush Centre, Everyone Active. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities while promoting our mission of encouraging active lifestyles within the community.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of service and safety. Foster a welcoming environment for all visitors, promoting engagement in physical activities. Monitor facility maintenance and report any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues effectively. Support sales & marketing initiatives to promote centre activities.

Qualifications

It would advantageous to hold a Level 2 fitness qualification or above. Experience in supervisory roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
