You'll be contracted as a
Fitness Motivator / Personal Trainer
, with the expectation to deliver:A minimum of
8 hours of personal training per week
after 3 months A minimum of12 hours per week
after 6 monthsWhat We're Looking For
We need someone who will:
Hold a
Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals through personal training, group sessions, and meaningful gym floor engagement Actively promote our company vision and values Make every member's visit enjoyable and inspiring Be enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a real difference Build and grow their personal training business within the centreWorking hours
may include days, evenings, and weekends. ADBS check
will be completed prior to starting.What We Offer

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 12.23-25.00 per hour
