Why This Role Rocks

As Studio Manager, you're the

heartbeat of BFT Streatham

. You'll:

Lead from the front in the studio (approx. 15-18 coaching hours per week). Drive sales & marketing campaigns that drive the business performance of BFT Streatham as a new local studio. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing coaching team. Create an atmosphere where every member feels cared for and at home the second they step inside.
This isn't just fitness management - it's leadership, personal growth, and the chance to make your mark in the industry.

What We're Looking For

We're not after "just a manager." We're after someone who:

Lives and breathes group fitness

- passionate, experienced, and ready to deliver epic training sessions. Has

proven sales & marketing experience

- you know how to attract, convert, and retain members like a pro. Brings

3+ years of leadership experience

in the fitness industry - recruiting, coaching, and growing a team. Is

tech-savvy

(MS Office, Canva, Meta, social media platforms). Holds

Level 3 PT

and

CPR/First Aid

certifications (or is willing t get it ASAP). Has next-level communication skills and a customer-service mindset, always.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
