Grade 5 - 25,584 for 10 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to 6,914.59 pro rata.



Haverfordwest Leisure Centre a 10 hour per week Fitness Suite Instructor post.



The successful candidate will develop, market, promote and supervise the operation of the fitness studio and assist the Site Manager in other health and fitness related projects.



An essential part of the role is to maintain the supervision of the fitness suite, whilst delivering high standards of customer care, guiding users to use fitness equipment safety, complying with all training aspects whilst adhering to all health and safety procedures.



There is a requirement to design, adapt and review personalised fitness programs based on customer health, abilities, goals and progress as well as instruct fitness classes as part of the fitness class program to support customers to achieve their goals.



You will devise marketing, promotional and usage initiatives to maximise both usage and income to achieve set targets and be a Qualified Fitness Instructor to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum, with a willingness to work towards level 3 and beyond.



An ability to demonstrate a high commitment to customer care and providing a quality experience as well as proven experience of working as an effective team member is essential.
