Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness? Fitness First is looking for a motivated individual to join our Front of House team
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome members and guests to the club with a positive attitude Handle queries in person by phone or email Conduct club tours for new or prospective members Assist with the enrolment process for new joiners Support general reception and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience is desirable A keen interest in fitness and wellbeing A proactive and friendly team player A Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification is an advantage, but not essential
